Roads:
Nocona Hills roads are being improved. Road work is being completed in phases and phase one is now in progress.
Please be patient with our road crews if they are working in your area. Current work has been slowed down a bit due to weather but is still in progress. (see photos)

Reminder:
The Annual Billing will be sent out in mid-December and will be due January 1st, 2012.

Entrance Gate:
Just a reminder - If you are expecting any visitors or repairmen, PLEASE CALL THE GATE IN ADVANCE to let them know
who is coming, your address, phone number, & lot number.
This will ensure a quick and easy process upon entry and prevent traffic build up.
The functioning of the gate has greatly improved, and you may not realize it, but several vehicles each day are turned away and refused entry into Nocona Hills.
(This is due to them having no business & no connections to anyone inside Nocona Hills)
Your cooperation on gate procedures and calling ahead helps to keep our Nocona Hills entry secure and convenient.
