| Our amenities are for the use of our property owners and guests and are not open to the public. However, if you would like to visit, you may do so as the guest of the motel or one of the other realtors in the Nocona area. |
| Air Strip Nocona Hills has a 3,000 foot landing strip, with tie-down areas at each end. |
| Beaches We have several small beaches on Lake Nocona and swimming is allowed. We do not have lifeguard services. |
Campgrounds Campers can enjoy spaces for trailers
and RV parking with electric and water service to each space. Bath
house and toilet facilities are close by and available to all campers.
Fishing on both Lake Nocona and Leisure Lake is also included with
some waterfront camping sites available.

| Club House As a member of the Nocona Hills Owners
Association you also become a member of the Nocona Hills Country Club
with full privileges of the club house that include: • use of the Swimming Pool at no additional cost • use of the Ballroom for payment of a nominal cleaning fee • use of the Golf Course by paying the current golf course usage fees for members • access to the 19th Hole, a full service private bar, for a $20 per year membership fee. |
| Golf Course 18-hole championship golf course
with bent grass greens. Tee-times are required on weekends and holidays.
Call the pro shop 940-825-3444 for tee-times and to see if there are
any tournaments scheduled. Member fees are $5 per round or for unlimited use $180/year per individual or $300/year per family (subject to change by vote of the membership).

Lake Access and Fishing Lake access and fishing
can be enjoyed on both Lake Nocona or Leisure Lake. Leisure Lake is
restricted to non-motorized boating. Both lakes have great bass fishing
and lots of fishing tournaments.

Nocona Hills Community Church is a non-denominational
fellowship of believers. Church services begin at 8:30am on Sunday
morning with special services throughout the year on holidays like
Christmas and Easter. Choir members and other church members sing
every Monday morning at the local nursing homes. All members are very
active in the community.

| Nocona Hills Water Supply Corporation Nocona
Hills has its own water supply originating in deep wells. The Nocona
Hills Water Supply Corporations is a separate corporation that is
owned and operated by the property owners through an elected volunteer
Board of Directors. Rates are among the lowest in Texas at $25.00 per month for the first 5,000 gallons and $2.00 for each additional 1000 gallons used. Each lot has its own individual water meter which is read monthly and billed to the owner. Located just inside the main gate, the Nocona Hills Water Supply Corporation can be reached at 940-825-3489.

 Swimming
Pool We have an olympic-sized swimming pool for your summer enjoyment.
The pool is operated by our independent Nocona Hills Recreation Association
(NHRA) that maintains our pool through the generous donations of time
and financial contributions by Nocona Hills property owners. |
 Volunteer
Fire Department The volunteer fire department is operated as a
separate non-profit organization. In addition to its fire fighting
duties, it also provides a 24-hour emergency call service(911) supplying
volunteer EMS personnel and other emergency services. The volunteer
fire department sponsors civic activities to raise money to support
the department, with no actual expenses to the property owners. |
