About Nocona Hills

Located in the rolling hills of the beautiful Red River
Valley in North Texas, Nocona Hills offers an 18 hole golf course,
private bass fishing lake, on site motel, campgrounds, a non-denominational
community church and a small convenience store. We also have access
to the 1500 acre Lake Nocona, renowned for its good fishing. We have
other facilities as well. A clubhouse and ballroom, a private bar,
olympic size swimming pool and driving range.
Nocona Hills was founded in 1971 and has grown slowly. We have a total
capacity of about 1000 homes but only 300 have been built so far.
Many beautiful homesites are available. Nocona Hills Owners Association
does not offer or lots directly, however, there are several local
realtors in the area who can help you if you are interested. |

Take Interstate 35-E
north out of Dallas or Interstate 35-W north out of Ft. Worth |

Continue northbound
past Lake Lewisville and Denton to Gainesville, about about
70 miles north of Dallas |

At Gainesville, take
the US Highway 82 westbound exit toward Wichita Falls |

Continue about 30 miles
through Muenster and Saint Jo to FM 1815 and the signs for Bonita,
Nocona Hills and Lake Nocona |

Turn right (north) on
FM 1815, watch that first curve!! |

Continue northbound
on FM 1815 about 5 miles until it deadends at FM 1956 |

Turn left (west) on
FM1956 and continue about 2 miles to FM 3301. There is a white
church with a blue roof at FM 3301 |

Turn right (north) on
FM 3301 and continue about 3 miles to the entrance to Nocona
Hills on your left |

Take US Highway 287
east out of Wichita Falls about 15 miles to Henrietta |

At Henrietta, take US
Highway 82 about 28 miles to Nocona |

At Nocona, take FM 103
north about 1 mile to FM 1956, Turn right (east) on FM 1956 |

Continue eastbound on
FM 1956 about 9 miles to FM 3301. There is a white church with
a blue roof at FM 3301 |

Turn left (north) on
FM 3301 and continue about 3 miles to the entrance to Nocona

Take Interstate 35 south
out of Oklahoma City Continue southbound about 135 miles to
Gainesville, Texas, about 7 miles south of the Oklahoma/Texas
border |
